With Yoga
Reflect yoga is so much more than just a yoga practice. In every class, I offer you a time and space to be you, to let go of worries, stress, the daily grind and immerse yourself in calm, joy and relaxation.
I will guide you through breathing techniques to reduce tension, promote peace and balance within your mind and body. I will lead you into a practice to understand what feels good in your body, to listen to your own needs and reflect this in your movement and finally, I will take you to a place of total peace with a guided relaxation and leave you feel completely rested, rejuvenated and re-balanced.

Hi! I'm Carly.
Thank you for taking the time to visit.
I have been practicing yoga for many years, but it wasn't until I took maternity leave with my first baby that I decided to take the plunge and study to become a qualified teacher. Of course, at that time it was natural I was drawn to prenatal and postnatal yoga and even now (many years on) these are still some of my most favorite classes to teach.
I am passionate about supporting women, whatever stage of life you are in. Over the years I have furthered my study, learning more about the female body, wisdom and our cyclical nature and I now love sharing this with others to help support you as you navigate your own journey.
The wonderful thing about yoga is there is a practice to suit everyone, you just have to take the time to find what fits, for you and your needs, and I do hope you can find here what you are looking for.
