Reflect Yoga

Hi, my name is Carly and thank you for stopping by. I am a yoga teacher,  specialising in yoga to nurture and nourish the mind, body and soul. Working with your unique and individual energies to sync with your own rhythms. I provide a safe, friendly and supportive space where you have the time to focus on your needs

 

Let me guide you through a nurturing yoga practice, whether you are coming to yoga for the first time, are pregnant, wanting to help your body recover after having a baby or you need to find that sacred time, just for you. Wherever you are, whatever stage of life you are in, whatever your needs, I’ve got you covered.

Pregnancy Yoga

A beautiful practise to nurture and support your changing body as your baby grows. Using breathing techniques, yoga postures and movement, we focus on creating balance and space in the body to allow baby to navigate their optimal position and to ensure you stay strong and comfortable throughout pregnancy, as we prepare your body for the birth of your baby. Such a lovely opportunity to come and meet other mums to be too!

Mum & Baby Yoga

Time and space to reconnect with your body after the birth of your baby. Using breathwork, postures and movement  to regain strength from the inside out. We focus on key areas such as your core and your pelvic floor, as well as releasing upper body tension and giving you a much needed chance to relax. A lovely nurturing supportive class where you and baby are always welcome, just as you are.

Gentle Flow Yoga & Yoga Nidra

A gentle flow practise, encouraging you to explore postures, taking the time to find what your body and mind need. Taking inspiration from the cycles of nature, we breathe, we flow and we release - suitable for all levels.

With Yoga Nidra, we surrender to a deep state of rest as we shift from a state of doing to just being, allow the mind and body to relax completely - no experience necessary.(this is a pure relaxation practise).

Hypnobirthing

Combining knowledge of the birth process, breathwork, relaxation techniques, birth partner support and exploring birth positions this course has been designed to ensure you feel prepared, confident and empowered to birth your baby. It's not about how you birth your baby, it's about how you feel, before, during and after birth.
