A prenatal yoga practice is so beneficial for many reasons. It gives you the opportunity to focus on staying strong physically, working into postures which help with any aches and pains in your ever changing body through each stage of pregnancy.
It allows you to slow down and listen to your own needs, practising breathing techniques which will aid in relaxation but will also prepare you for labour and birth.
It gives you the time to connect with your growing baby, to nurture that bond and provides a space for you to truly relax.

This class is designed to focus entirely on you mama. As a new mum whether that’s for the first, second or third time your needs are important.
Your recovery is important and I love being able to support you through it. After having a baby your body needs nurturing, looking after and a gentle and specific yoga practice is the perfect way to regain that strength through the core, pelvic floor and back.
The perfect class to reflect on and answer to your own needs through a guided yoga practise.
This is so much more than just moving through postures. It’s all about the feels and connection to your mind, body and soul.
This class will give you the time and space to pause, to connect and to move in a way that suits you, to support your changing energy levels and really understand how to embrace the magic that comes from moving within the cycles of nature. Suitable for all levels.


I offer Hypnobirthing courses either in a small group or as a 1-2-2, either in person or online.
The course consists of 4 sessions covering
The Physiology of labour
Breathing and relaxation techniques
How your environment impacts labour
The role of the birth partner and birth positions for a more comfortable and productive labour.
This course will give you the knowledge and practical tools to use to prepare for birth, techniques to use during labour and allow you to feel confident, calm and empowered as you prepare to meet your baby .

The practise of yoga nidra provides a time and space to drop into a state of deep relaxation.
A place where your nervous system can be gently soothed, your mind can experience a state of calm and your body can find a comfortable stillness.
A beautiful, restorative restful practise to leave you feeling entirely relaxed.
Suitable for everyone (including pregnancy).
